Mongrel 1.0 Release

在大家引頸期盼下，Mongrel 終於 Release 1.0 版了，恭喜 Mongrel 正式邁向象徵 Stable 的1.0 ，往邁向商業 Production 使用的環境前進。到目前為止，Mongrel 依舊是 Ruby on Rails 裡面最穩定的 Application Server 選擇，並且在設定方面也相當的簡便。


安裝方式

gem i mongrel -y

至於眼尖的使用者可能發現 Mongrel 是 1.0.1 的版本的，難道他跟 Rails 1.2 一樣，Release之後馬上出問題嗎？

What happened to 1.0?

We decided to follow official Rails Configuration Management Board Standards and do a silent 1.0 followed by an official 1.0.1. There weren’t any bugs in 1.0 but we didn’t want to break with tradition by not offering a 1.0.1. (Yes, this is a joke.)
